NOTES:

(1) Providing the full legal names of ALL parties is vital for LEGAL weddings, otherwise, optional.

(2) Contact details: Please indicate preferred contact method and name of person who is best to contact. Providing this contact information is optional. We use your address if we need to post anything to you, such as receipts. We would appreciate a method to contact you whilst you are in Orkney, such as a mobile number. The most important is EMAIL as this is the main method we will use to communicate with you.

(3) If you have a date in mind already, please provide day, month, year, and time if known, otherwise please provide any preferred times of year. Please note that legal weddings require a minimum of 29 days' notice.

(4) If you have already decided upon a location please provide this information here; if you would like recommendations on a type of location, please tell us here. Please note that we only currently provide celebrancy services in Orkney.

(5) We offer legal weddings, non-legal relationship blessings, engagements, betrothals, handfastings, anniversaries etc.

(6) The more you can tell us about what your plans are, the more accurately we can advise you about what is possible.

We only store your contact and personal information in order to supply to you what you request of us, to communicate with you, and to aid our administration. We never sell or pass on your details to third parties.
