We fully appreciate that all enquiries and bookings are personal and special, so we will do the majority of communication with you individually and in person, either by email or telephone - it's all part of our service. We also take part in video conferences (usually Zoom) on request - just give us reasonable notice to set up an appointment time please.
However, we prefer initial communication by email info@spiritualorkney.co.uk or by using the form below.
If enquiring by email, please supply as much information as possible. We are happy to hear about any ideas that you have for your visit to Orkney including location, date, number of people attending, your beliefs, anything!

- Your email address (please ensure you type this correctly!)
- Your telephone number (landline and mobile - if you wish to provide them)
- The dates you are interesting in booking (if you know!)
- The services you are interested in booking: tourist guiding, celebrancy, open rituals, crafts, other
- The locations you are interesting in booking (if you know!)
- Your current country of residence
- The number of guests you expect to be present
- Anything else you wish us to take into consideration, including your beliefs, mobility, anything!
In order to comply with GDPR, we will also require you to confirm in your email that:
- You are aged 16 or over
- You have read and understood our Data Protection, Privacy Notice, and Retention Policy
- You understand that we will use your information to contact you or send to you the information that you request
We aim to reply to all emails within 48 hours but sometimes our lives dictate that this is not always possible - please be patient with us, sometimes we are simply unable to provide an immediate response. If you do not get a reply from us, at any stage, please check your spam folders.
